Роликоопори – це основний елемент стрічкового конвеєра. Від їхнього стану залежить довговічність стрічки та споживання енергії приводами. Роликові опори повинні бути довговічними, недорогими, зручними в експлуатації. Для забезпечення прямолінійного руху стрічки всі роликоопори повинні бути ретельно встановлені і розташовані перпендикулярно до повздовжньої осі конвеєра.
Роликоопори за призначенням поділяються на рядові і спеціальні.
Рядові роликоопори встановлюються з певною періодичністю на ставі конвеєра, призначені для підтримки стрічки і надання їй необхідної форми.
Рядові роликоопори поділяються на:
- жолобчасті верхні – для конвеєрів з жолобчастою стрічкою (Рис. 1);
- прямі верхні – для конвеєрів з прямою стрічкою (Рис. 5);
Спеціальні роликоопори розміщені в окремих місцях конвеєра та поділяються на:
- центрувальні – призначені для регулювання положення стрічки відносно повздовжньої осі, та в свою чергу діляться на:
- центрувальні жолобчасті (Рис. 3);
- центрувальні прямі (Рис. 4).
- Амортизуючі — призначені для пом’якшення ударів вантажу об стрічку в місці завантаження (встановлюються в пунктах завантаження) і захисту стрічки від руйнування при падінні великих кусків вантажу в місцях завантаження (Рис. 2);
- підтримуючі – призначенні для запобігання провисанню стрічки конвеєра, розміщуються з певною періодичністю (Рис. 6);
- дефлекторні – призначені для запобігання збігу стрічки:
- дефлекторні нижні для плоскої стрічки (Рис. 7);
- дефлекторні верхні для плоскої стрічки (Рис. 8);
- дефлекторні верхні для жолобчастої стрічки (Рис. 9).
За кількістю роликів і кутами їх нахилу розрізняють такі типи роликоопор:
- однороликові;
- двороликові (α=15, 20°);
- трироликові (α=10, 20, 30, 45°).
На нашому підприємстві виготовляються роликоопори довжиною від 300 мм до 2000 мм, та кутом нахилу бокових роликів у жолобчатій роликоопорі від 10° до 45°.
