Turning processing

- workpiece diameter – up to Ø 65 mm; workpiece length – up to 200 mm;
- workpiece diameter – up to Ø 130 mm; the length of the workpiece is up to 200 mm.
Single-post lathe-carousel machine:
- workpiece diameter – up to Ø 1250 mm;;
- the length of the workpiece is up to 1600 mm.
Two-post lathe-carousel machine:
- workpiece diameter – Ø 2500 mm;
- the length of the workpiece is up to 1600 mm.
At our factory, you can order not only milling works, but also:
Toothed works (cylindrical, helical, worm gears)
- tooth module – up to 12;
- workpiece diameter – Ø 1250 mm.
Tooth boring works (cylindrical, helical, worm gears)
- tooth module – up to 20;
- workpiece diameter – up to Ø 2000 mm.
Our production has equipment for coordinate boring work, which allows processing blanks of the following sizes:
- workpiece width – up to 630 mm;
- the length of the workpiece is up to 1200 mm.
